『零食稅』還未有定案，政府又再宣佈另一項國民減肥計劃。英國首相Boris Johnson 宣佈推出『國民減肥獎勵計劃pilot scheme』，透過手機App改變國民的飲食和運動習慣，來解決英國的癡肥問題！
這個計劃將安排在明年1月份推出，利用手機App來監測每個參加家庭在超級市場的花費，在不同的事項上賺取績分來換取獎勵，例如：參加者能減少每日攝取的熱量、購物單內容以蔬菜水果為主，便可換取績分。同時，如能參與組織活動 或 帶小孩步行上學等 來增加運動量，亦能獲取額外績分。
獲取的績分可換取什麼獎勵？
計劃目標獎勵：
- 超級市場的折扣、免費禮品或現金券
- 免費入場券
- 運動用品店的禮品
現階段衛生局主管打算投放6百萬英磅來用作績分的獎品，他們正在找尋超級市場或運動商店通過競標，來成為獎品供應商之一，如試點成功將可把減肥計劃擴展至全國使用。
