今年，22年7月起，Newcastle Upon Tyne將正式列為 Clean Air Zone，假如入城的車輛，不能達到Clean Air Zone的最低碳排放量的要求，將會被徵收費用，以每日方式收費。看看Newcastle 的要求是什麼？

Newcastle市政府在2021年的時候，曾嘗試將Newcastle 列為 Clean Air Zone，但反對聲音甚為激烈，因此被押後至今年才開始。下圖是收費的街道和區域：
車輛的種類
Newcastle市政府並未打算向所有種類的車輛，徵收Clean Air Zone 的費用，今次主要受影響的車輛有：
- taxis 的士
- vans 小型貨車
- buses 巴士
- coaches 旅遊巴
- heavy duty vehicles 重型貨車
以上車輛如未能達到最低的碳排放要求，將會被徵收費用如下：

| 巴士 旅遊巴 重型貨車 | £50/日 |
如何達最低碳排放的標準？
是否被徵收收費，視乎車輛的碳排放量，不達標準的車輛駛入Clean Air Zone便要繳費：

| 巴士，旅遊巴，重型貨車 | Euro 6 或以上（diesel柴油） |
| 的士，輕型貨車，小巴 | Euro 5 (diesel柴油) Euro 3 (petrol汽油) |
*徵收費用是每天計算的（銀行假期/公眾假期照常收費，但12月25日聖誕節除外）
