9月1日或之後出生的3歲小孩未能與同年出生的小孩入學。但不要擔心，9月1日或之後滿3歲的小孩，能享受15小時免費托兒或早教課堂。
現時英國政府將目前的15小時免費托兒服務加倍，長達30個小時免費，所以請確保您了解情況和申請。
在英國的兒童是必需得到看管和照顧，但托兒和早教服務非常昂貴。對於三歲和四歲兒童以及一些兩歲兒童而言，15小時的免費托兒和早期教育（EYE）課程非常重要。
政府已經宣布計劃將三，四歲兒童的免費早期教育時間從15小時增加到30小時。 已經在2017年9月1日起在全國推出。
雖然聽起來不錯，但’30小時免費’計劃並不是所有的孩子都有資格，不竟這計劃會增加支出和有空間問題。讓我跟大家說明一下：
什麼是免費早期教育和托兒服務？
如果您的孩子年齡在3至4歲，並且您居住在英格蘭，就有權享受15個小時的免費早教或一周托兒服務。
這服務跟真正上學沒什麼分別，時間表跟正式學校一樣，一年有38週等於570小時免費課堂時間。
我的孩子什麼時候有資格享受15小時的免費托兒服務？
您的孩子在3歲生日後的新學期開始。一般學校的學期分為以下三段：
- Winter: 9月至12月
- Spring: 1月至3月
- Summer: 4月至7月
例子：假設你的小孩在 10月10日生日後滿3歲，你的孩子就可以在第二學期（Spring term)
享有15小時免費托兒服務。
我有資格享受30小時的免費托兒服務嗎？
並不是全英國的居民都能享有30小時免費托兒服務，你（或您的伴侶）必須付乎合以下條件，您才可以獲得30小時的免費托兒服務：
- 有工作（包括正在放產假，病假或年假）
- 每人每週最少工作16小時，賺取全國最低工資 – 例如：你是超過25歲，工資每星期為125.28英鎊。（自僱或創業人士少於12個月，則不受此條件限制。）
同時不能有以下任何一項條件：
- 你和你的孩子經常分開居住
- 你孩子是寄養兒童
- 您或您的伴侶的應稅收入超過100,000英鎊
- 你來自歐洲盟國以外，並且你的英國居留卡說明你無法獲得公共資助。
我正在領取政府福利金，我還可以同時申請30小時免費托兒服務？
即使您正在領取政府福利金或其他資助，也能同時享受30小時的免費托兒服務。
如果你不能工作，怎麼辦？
假設您的伴侶有工作，而你合乎領取『喪失工作能力福利金』、『嚴重殘疾津貼』、『護理人員津貼』或『就業和支持津貼』。您仍可能有資格獲得30小時的免費托兒服務。
如何申請30小時的免費托兒服務？
現時英國政府系統電腦化，只需通過上網，在網上申請。網上填表只需20分鐘，申請回覆少於7天。
申請前，您需要準備，您和您的伴侶(如有)的以下詳細資料：
- 社會保險號 (National Insurance number)
- 如果您是自僱人士，獨特的納稅人編號（UTR），
如申請成功，您將獲得一個托兒帳戶。 您可以通過帳戶獲取30小時免費托兒服務的使用代碼。

請問BNO 入境, 可否申領30小時免費服務呢? 謝謝

由於BNO新簽證是說明不能獲得公共資助(public fund)，所以不能享有30小時，但仍可獲得15小時。
