現時的Furlough休假資助由3月的全國封鎖起開始實行。該計劃主要是幫助在封鎖期間避迫關門的企業和把被休假的員工。政府為企業支付員工8成薪金（其餘2成支不支付由企業決定），讓英國市民在生活經濟上免受太大的影響。
該8成薪金資助預定由開始至限期的6月底完結，雖然政府逐步放寬各工種重新開業，但仍然認為6月底難以完全復工。昨日英國財政大臣Rishi Sunak宣佈，打算由7月1日起實行把休假資助計劃由8成降至6成。
該說法仍是計劃階段，況且由現在起至6月底還有兩個月時間，小編相信到時候疫情會轉好和大部分人已復工，影響不大。
