未知是否與早前的感人新聞有關，Swindon Town在官方網站宣佈，將送出10000張足球賽事門票給小孩和家長一同觀光賽事。
免費門票給本地小孩
Swindon Town足球協會和TrustSTFC 合作，免費送出門票給當地的孩子們和家長，讓他們有機會到大型足球場觀看足球賽事和感受現場氣氛，與父母一起為本地足球隊打氣。
每場主場比賽，他們會揀選3間學校 和 3個grassroots clubs，讓孩子們領取免費門票。每個孩子可獲1套門票（1張兒童和1張成人）。不過每間學校只有150張門票，因此並非所有學生能受惠。
