內政大臣Priti Patel宣佈嚴格處理將要推出全新的移民方案，那些曾被判處一年以上徒刑的外國罪犯，將被禁止進入英國。全新的計分制移民規例將要在下星期一7月20日公佈細節，並決定在1月1日起生效。變相所有歐盟公民什至全世界的移民人士都將要面對相樣待遇。
根據《The Telegraph》報導，英國大臣將會賦予權力禁止或驅逐已被判入獄一年以上的外國罪犯。假使移民人士被判監的刑期不足一年，仍會以犯罪的類別作出禁止，例如：扒手或小偷等長期犯罪者等。
