『Bao』的國語拼音為”包”，以一個簡單的『包』字作為店名，此字包含著中國幾千年食包文化而且又夠意思。中國包類有幾百種，這店主要以台灣傳統刈包作賣點，所以這店全名為『Bao刈包專門店』。
Emily很欣賞這店的幾位創辦人，除了因爲他們能在短短幾年時間，從市集攤位至現在4間分店的𡚒鬥歷史外，最欣賞的是在英式新潮中帶著大量台灣文青藝術。從招牌 》餐牌 》裝潢上都充滿著新一代台灣的藝術氣氛。
隨著他們店的擴充，他們的食物也加入更多新元素。
