抗疫超過1年，很多行業大受打擊，受影響最嚴重的行業相信大家都知道是『航空業』。為了保住飯碗，航行公司出儘法寶，改變經營方式來為公司帶來收入。英國航空業巨頭『British Airway』亦不例外，他們在3月尾時推出了『頭等飛機餐』，價格£80和£100共4個款式，有網上文章曾指這個昂貴的精緻飛機套餐是『Lick-the-plate delicious 』，舔乾淨隻碟這般美味。究竟這個『頭等飛機餐』包含的內容是什麼？為什麼這麼昂貴？
這個『頭等飛機餐』一共4個款式，每款有4道菜:
Smoked Salmon & Beef Cheeks 煙熏三文魚和牛頰肉- £100.00
頭盤：4款芝士和酸味餅乾 配 無花果葡萄酸辣醬
第二道菜：菲恩湖的三文魚配上蜂蜜芥末醬
主菜：牛頰肉配以焗薯和嫩西蘭花
甜品：麵包和黃油布丁

雖然這個飛機餐的確很昂貴，但畢竟這輩子都不知道有沒有機會乘坐頭等客機，來一個頭等飛機餐，感受一下頭等的美味也不錯！但是這個套餐是需要各下親自動手煮的，能不能煮出大廚般的味道？就要看你的廚藝！
