英國政府限制市民出外，現時限於四種情況下才可出外：
- 特別工種 (Key workers)的員工出外上班
- 購買生活必需品
- 每天一次的運動時間
- 領取藥物

| M&S | NHS 員工： 星期二、五 （1小時） 長者/高危人士： 星期一、四（1小時） 查詢附近店舖的優先時段 | 所有雜貨乾貨限3件 |
| Morrisons | NHS 員工： 星期一至星期六 早上7:00至8:00 星期日 早上9:00至9:30 （須出示NHS 職員證） | 大部分商品限4件 需求大的商品限2件（廁紙、清潔液、肥皂、 UHT奶 ) |
| Co-op | NHS 員工、長者或高危人士： 星期一至星期六 早上8:00至9:00 星期日 早上10:00至11:00 （須出示NHS 職員證） | 需求大的商品限2件 |
