慎防購買假的『Wonka Bars Chocolate』
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) 發出通告，警告市民小心慎防購買有問題的『Wonka Bar』。
這些有問題的『Wonka Bar』沒有正式的商業登記和註冊，所以極有可能由非法暗私經營的工場製成。沒有登記的食物工場，極可能在劣質和衛生欠佳的環境下製作朱古力，沒有食物安全保證。其次，朱古力內含有導致過敏反應的成分，但並未有在包裝上列明，食用含有致敏成份的食物，最嚴重可以導致死亡。來自世界各地有那麼多『Wonka Bar』，如何仿真偽？

根據傳媒『The Mirror』指出，首先以Wonka名義在英國發售朱古力是雀巢公司『 Real life by sweetmaker Nestle』，但不久後將其售賣給金莎的公司『Ferrero』 或 『Ferrara Candy Company』直至現時。

真正合法地在英國售賣的Wonka 朱古力，包裝內沒有Golden Ticket。
假的Wonka朱古力
Amazon 和 Esty 內可以看到有大量包裝雷同的Wonka Bar出售，這些包裝極為簡單，標籤上的成份亦未有列明清楚。最容易辯認是它們每份朱古力的包裝內都含有一張Golden Ticket。
