這單位是位於倫敦東Lower Clapton 一棟帶有維多利亞特色的樓宇內。業主在2017年時以£103,500買入這個相信是全首都最細的單位。雖然很小，但業主表示在過去幾年都順利以£800的租金出租物業，現時單位還正在出租，該租客每星期只住兩天。
曾有房屋分析員警告這種單位是不適合長期居住，假如想放盤換樓時，亦會因為太狹窄而令出售變難。雖然2020年Halifax評估物業價值為£130,357，未知是否有放盤困難還是業主急售！拍賣的起價竟為£50,000（2月份的起標價）， 遠比一般倫敦首期還要低。
銀行按揭有難度
業內人士稱，出售該類型的單位只能把目標放在投資者身上，首先它是10英里範圍內最便宜的公寓，在市場上有一定的吸引力，其次是英國的銀行會通常拒絕向30平方米以下的物業批出貸款，因此是不適合首次置業人士購買。
最終以£90,000出售
