Covid-19瘟疫仍未完結，冬天又快來臨，英國政府為應對Covid蔓延在冬季激增，將計劃對從未接種疫苗 或 未完成接種疫苗的人士，設立限制，期望能鼓勵市民主動接種。
現時歐洲多個國家已有類似的政策出現，奧地利（Austria）還有200萬名市民仍未接種疫苗，他們的政府限制他們，除了購買食物和上班外，禁止他們離開家門。
隨後，德國（Germany）也宣佈類似的政策，禁止仍未接種疫苗的市民使用交通工具、進入餐廳和咖啡室食肆 等，政策將會在日內生效。
現時英國接種疫苗和病毒感染的情況（數據來自ExpressNews）：

從數據顯示，曾確診的病例遠遠超過英國總人口數目，比例相等於每名英國市民曾感染1.4次。而全英國有超過2千萬人仍未接種疫苗，還有數百萬人仍未完成第二針，所以估計政府很可能效法奧地利和德國的做法，禁止未完成接種的市民出門。
雖然12-15歲的學童已開始接受疫苗注射，但大部分的中學生只注射第一針，而小學生仍未開始接種，因此政府或許快將推出小學生接種疫苗政策。
NHS建議政府應推出更有效政策，來減低醫院的壓力，例如：市民在家工作、繼續戴口罩和使用疫苗護照出入夜店或大型活動。
