最近有朋友正煩惱著，打算為自己和小孩申請BNO簽證而準備文件。但其中有一項說明，需要提供證明親人與申請人同住，這是否代表須要為小孩準備證明住址的信件？沒有相關信件怎麼辦？
其實為小孩申請BNO簽證，與申請一般Dependent visa 沒分別。基本上內政部是默認小童（18歲以下）是與父母同住，因此不會要求你提供小孩的住址證明。
小孩申請BNO簽證的主要文件
所須的文件有以下：
- 小孩的出生證明書 (Birth certificate)
- 肺結核測試報告 (Tuberculosis (TB) test certificate)
- 父母的結婚證書 (Marriage certificate)
- 家長同意書 (The letter of consent)
家長同意書 (The letter of consent)
雖然無須提供住址證明，但由於小孩還未成年，因此在申請表格中，會要求你上載一份『The letter of consent 家長同意書』。家長同意書用作陳述和確認小孩的申請內容，並表示你會對小孩在英國生活上的照顧負起責任。
填寫『家長同意書』所須的主要內容：
– 小童與父母/法定監護人之間的關係 The relationship between the child and child’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s)
– 小童的父母/法定監護人同意簽證申請 Consent from the child’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the application
– 小童的父母/法定監護人同意在英國的生活安排和居住地址 Consent from child’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the living arrangements in the United Kingdom and the address where you will be staying
– 小童的父母/法定監護人中的一方或雙方承諾對小童的照顧負責任 whether one or both of child’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have responsibility for you
– 小童的父母/法定監護人必須在信函上簽名（除非只有一位父母/法定監護人）
