雖然英國的確診指數不斷攀升，但仍無懼瘟疫繼續蔓延擴散。今日英國首相Boris Johnson宣佈鐵定將會在7月19日起，進行下一輪的解封（亦是最後的解封）。以下是首相在會上宣佈解封的細節內容:
重新營業 Reopen
所有被禁止營業的企業，可以在7月19日起重新開門營業。
大型音樂會活動可重新舉辦，而且不限人數。
面罩 Face Covering
首相指解封後，佩戴口罩是非必要的，不論在商店、餐廳、酒吧 或 交通工具，市民都可自行選擇是否戴上口罩，而不會被罰款。但表示仍建議市民佩戴口罩，以減低風險，尤其在人多擠迫的地方。
有記者提問到醫護人員是否仍必須戴口罩時，首相表示所有有關戴口罩的法例都將被廢除。
社交距離 Social Distancing
所有大型活動和聚會，例如：教會聚會、演唱會、節日慶祝活動、婚禮、葬禮等，不限人數。
進入食肆 或 健身中心時，亦不再限制市民必須掃描二維碼，這表示無須對確診病例進行追蹤。但政府認為NHS App是非常好的東西，它仍然會被繼續使用。
1米的社交距離將會被刪除（紅色和黃色國家的入境者在入境時除外）。
解除所有對家庭式的聚會、探訪和派對的人數限制。
居家隔離 Self-isolation
所有被確診人士 或 與確診者有接觸的人士仍須接受10天的居家隔離。但首相打算豁免那些已完成接種疫苗的接觸者，並在日後公佈更多詳情細節。
護老院 Care homes
護老院的探訪人數，將會由原先的5人改為更多，但仍會繼續限制人數以保障老人家受感染的風險。
在家工作 Working from home
對市民在家工作的要求將會被取消。在場記者詢問，如市民擔心健康問題，是否有權利不到辦公室上班時，首相表示政府不打算就此立例。

- 豁免已完成接種疫苗，在黃色國家回國後無須隔離
- 學校內無須School Bubble 社交距離
- 豁免曾接觸確診者，但已完成接種疫苗的人士
