剛剛宣佈，能源公司的價格上限再次調整，加升幅度高達80%，意味著10月起，市民的能源費用將增加一倍。自從4月份加價後，每戶每月的平均需支付能源費用 £170，10月1日後，將面對至少£300的預繳月費，令人咋舌！既然避免不了加價，唯有從日常生活中節省，除了減少使用暖氣，煮食上的用具運用得宜也能節省不少錢！
根據研究，最耗電的煮食電器是電煮食爐，每年的平均電費是£316.54。相對下媒氣升幅較大，但煤氣煮食爐仍較便宜，每年平均煤氣費只需£120.83。還有其他種類的煮食用具的能源費用比較⬇️⬇️

氣炸鍋較省錢
很多覺得家中有焗爐，則無須另外花錢購買氣炸鍋（Air fryer），但這個觀念是錯誤的！英國市場以風扇式烤爐（Fan oven）為主導，這些烤爐同樣是電力發動，使用時需要先行預熱焗爐，相對下氣炸鍋無須預熱便能快速完成煮食過程，因此較為節省能源。
多功能氣炸鍋
研究結論得出，減少使用煮食爐是節省能源的最好方法，所以大家在選購氣炸鍋時，不仿考慮以下的多功能氣炸鍋，除了可以氣炸外，還有蒸、煮、慢燉、高壓等功能：
