這個樓盤標榜著 “An exceptional development for modern living 非凡發展的現代生活” 共 7楝樓宇的小區『The Green Quarter』，位於曼城的市中心北的黃金地段，鄰近Manchester Victoria station，附近有酒吧和餐廳，絕對是年輕人的夢想之家。
可惜這小區卻成為業主們的噩夢，這個有7楝住宅樓宇的小區被確認為『不安全』。有5楝被指樓層防火結構屬於危險，其中2楝更加連防火牆也沒有，需要£4千萬來維修。

這小區發展項目，共1346個『leaseholders租借土地的業主』的居民，他們將要面對每戶支付£40,000的維修費用（即使非居住在『危險』樓層的居民）。在沒有完成維修前，他們不能以該樓宇來進行銀行加按或出售。
在2017年6月，North Kensington的Grenfell住宅發生嚴重火災，因為樓層之間的防火用料不合安全規格，令火勢蔓延壤成72人死亡，幾百人無家可歸。這事件的發生，令政府開始正視英國高樓住宅的防火結構，亦因此發現原來全國有很多樓宇是存有危險性，假設發生大火，Grenfell事件將會重現。
現時全英國有11,760 楝樓宇存在樓宇防火結構問題，當中大部分都仍未解決，數百甚至上千的業主面對高達£115,000的維修費用。雖然政府已撥出£16億將202個樓宇的問題解決，但較1萬多個的問題樓宇還存在很大的距離，國會預計仍需£150億金額來幫助解決。
