英格蘭又一次進入全城封鎖，這次嚴格程度相當於去年3月的首次封鎖，而首相發表封鎖內容時表示所有民眾，如非必要請勿出門，留在家中。那麼樓宇買賣或租借等事項，是否像去年封鎖般停頓下來？
可否繼續樓宇買賣或租借事項？
可以，雖然這次封鎖跟去年3月的差不多，但今次政府准許樓房買賣市場繼續，與地產相關的公司可繼續營業，但職員須在家工作。
至於蘇格蘭地區，首長同意能繼續房產有關的工作：維修、購買、出售、出租或租賃（包括參觀房屋）等活動。必須與房產有關的事宜才可出門，並且只逗留工作所需的時間。
需要搬屋/買屋，可否參觀房屋？
可以，但在場所有人都必須遵守抗疫條例：
- 必須戴上口罩
- 保持社交距離
- 室內保持空氣流通
搬屋時，有什麼需要注意？
搬運公司仍可繼續營業，所以你仍可雇用搬運工人來進行搬家。但其他不是與你同住的人是不可幫忙搬屋（情非得已的情況下除外）。在搬運過程，所有人士必須保持社交距離。
**注意：確診人士嚴禁進行搬屋、參觀房屋等活動，必須繼續遵守自我隔離的規定，直至完全康復。
