英國政府今天宣布了一項 150 億英鎊的救濟措施，藉以減輕英國家庭的生活成本負擔，特別是用於能源消費。此措施將不同程度的受惠於英國所有家庭。
最引人注目的是此措施對英國最脆弱的 低收入800 萬家庭提供一次性£650英鎊的“生活費用支付”。
此外，將向正在領取養老金的家庭一次性支付 300 英鎊，向領取殘疾福利的個人一次性支付 150 英鎊。
早在2022年2月，財政大臣曾表示，每戶人將可以收到£200 英鎊能源減免，但必須在五年內分期償還。如今，財政大臣將這項措施加倍並取消了償還要求。也就是說，從10月份開始，每戶人的能源賬單將減少£400英鎊。這筆款項將會自動轉發到能源供應商手裡，所以你不用自己申請。
由2022年10月起，這筆錢將會分6個月自動退還到各家庭的能源轉帳戶口。如果你用的是預付電錶或煤氣錶的話，這筆錢將會直接轉到你的錶上或者發放代金卷來支付。
