所有還沒有置業的朋友留意，這是最後機會，因為今年11月29日將會Help to buy ISA正式取消。Help to Buy ISA 會由兩年前推出的Lifetime ISA完全取代。
什麼是 Help to Buy ISA？
這個在4年前推出的首次置業計劃很快便在歷史劃上句號。政府當年為了鼓勵市民置業，政府支付額外津貼給首次置業人仕，津貼為Help to buy ISA戶口內儲蓄金額的25%（假設儲蓄總額£1600，政府給你£400 津貼)。政府的津貼最少有£400或最高達£3000，*注意：政府以儲蓄金額來計算的，即是如要獲得政府額外津貼，總儲蓄額必須至少£1600。
即使你的伴侶已有房產，只要其中一人是首次置業者仍合資格。
如何開戶口？如何獲取額外津貼？
你只需£1便能開戶口，而要獲取額外津貼，在買房時你必須：
- 年滿16歲
- 擁有有效的國民保險號碼
- 英國居民
- 首次置業者（包括在世界任何地方都不擁有房產）
- 在申請的同一年內，沒有其他現金ISA戶口。
在開戶口三個月和儲蓄金額達標後，便可以獲資格獲取額外津貼。 你只需要讓樓宇買賣律師處理和申請即可，此津貼金額不會在你戶口出現的。
現時年利息最高的Help to buy ISA戶口：
- Barclays 銀行：2.58％年息，即時生效，每月支付利息
- Natwest 銀行：2.5％年息，即時生效，每月支付利息
- Nationwide 銀行：2.5％年息，即時生效，每月支付利息
