3月份倫敦鐵路開始首次罷工後，行動將會再升級，通宵間的職員將會在每個週末罷工。
進一步工業行動
Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) 工會突襲，殺倫敦交通局一個措手不及。工會在上星期五3月11日突然宣佈要再次罷工，來自不同公司的清潔工、駕駛員、列車長將會加入，采取進一步的工業行動。
Central line 和 Victoria line受影響
這次行動是在每個星期五的晚上8:30 至 星期六的清晨4:29罷駛Central line 和 Victoria line的線路，直至6月19日。倫敦交通局表示，任何人打算乘搭星期五晚上7時至星期六早上6時期間的列車的人士，都務必先查詢清楚，以免受到影響。
早上6:20仍未有列車

鐵路工會表示以上的行動只是三輪罷工計劃的其中之一，他們宣佈陸續會再有罷工繼續。由列車長發起的罷工活動，將有：

- 3月27日 星期日
- 4月3日 星期日
- 4月16日星期六
- 4月17日 星期日
- 4月30日星期六
- 5月1日星期日
- 6月4日星期六
- 6月5日星期日
鐵路職員的訴求
今次罷工的主要是抗議倫敦交通局，他們決定削減 500 至 600 個地鐵站職位以節省開支，同時審查現時很優厚的退休金計劃。工會指職員擔心工作、服務和安全被削減，令工作條件和退休金受到威脅。
但倫敦交通局(TfL)表示不打算減省任何工作條件和退休金，至於裁減方面不會令員工失業，只會通過自願性離職或退休來進行裁減，他們認為這次罷工行動是『completely unnecessary 多餘』！相信這樣的談判，只會令市民繼續受苦。
