在越來越多物流公司加入市場競爭的時勢下，優質服務變得非常重要。雖然 Hermes心得商家歡迎（根據getbyrd.com的數據，Hermes的使用量是頭兩位），但隨著客戶服務質量差和包裹處理不當的因素，令商店的劣評不斷，被棄用都是遲早的事。
Hermes物流在11月份的Citizens Advice公佈的評分報告內，平均只獲得1.5星。其中『Trust 信任度』只獲2星，而『handling customer problems 處理顧客問題』方面更只獲1星。
Hermes 改為 EVRI
劣評不斷加上早前的醜聞（Hermes醜聞），終於喚醒了Hermes去改革。
Hermes決定重組公司，並改名為『EVRI』。EVRI 將會開設一個全新的客戶服務團隊和聘用200個專業物流點的團隊，決心改善服務質素。他們還為現有的2萬個工人增設『退休計劃』，項目總數花費700萬英鎊。
