Hermes 是英國的大型物流公司，其服務差是聚所周知。他們送件極不妥當，經常有人投訴收不到郵件或者把郵件亂放。可惜他們收費便宜，所以很多公司企業都選擇Hermes，令消費者無奈接受。日前LadBible報導爆出Hermes送貨員將包裹棄置在樹林中，難怪經常有郵件失蹤。
住在蘇格蘭的一名女子，帶狗到附近樹林散步時，看見一名男子把車尾箱的一包包看似包裹的東西扔出來， 於是她上前問問他到底在幹嘛。一問之下原來他是送貨員，他說他在整理包裹。雖然覺得在偏僻的樹林內分類包裹是很奇怪，但她沒有追問，繼續帶狗散步。
當她散步完畢回家路上再次經過這位置時，竟發現一堆包裹被棄置在此。在發現的同時，她收到由H&M發送的Email，表示她已成功收取郵件，她猜想她的包裹可能在當中並上前查看，果然發現包裹在其中。
於是她去報警，可是當她帶著警察到現場時，這堆包裹已經失蹤了。警察指由於證據不足，所以無法追查真相。
Hermes的發言人向LadBible回覆表示，他們已經確認該城市的轉運站，已即時解除與這位送貨員的合約。承諾會繼續調查，並向所有受到影響的顧客致歉。
很明顯這事件只是冰山一角，因 Hermes 的管理鬆懈令送貨員有機可乘。在選擇運送公司上，顧客都是屬於被動的角色，商店只會因價格便宜而繼續選用Hermes。作為顧客唯有不斷投訴，期望有日商店能改用更好的物流公司。
