倫敦的Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)超低排放的區域擴大。
原先收費地區只限於倫敦的核心地段，與擁堵費（Congestion Charge）的區域相同，但由10月25日起，將擴大至倫敦的南北環路內的所有區域，收費範圍足足擴大了18倍。這代表將有更多駕車者須支付每日£12.50的費用，而貨車或巴士更要支付每日£100。
擴大範圍包括以下區域：
- Greenwich
- Southwark
- Tower Hamlets
- Waltham Forest
- Haringey
- Camden
- Kensington & Chelsea
- Hammersmith & Fulham
- Lambeth (部份)
- Lewisham (部份)
入城前沒有預先登記和支付費用的車輛，將會被罰款£160。所以打算開車進入倫敦區的駕駛者，請先到網頁查詢：https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/
在網頁內，輸入汽車號碼牌的號碼可查詢以下資料：
- 擁堵費 Congestion Charge
