英國警方一直努力打擊開車使用手機和不戴安全帶的司機，倫敦四處可見偵緝鏡頭，只要司機在駕駛時拿起手機，便會被罰。
近月，交通部將開始使用一種新型車輛，該車輛頂上方約 21英尺處，安裝了同類型的特製攝像頭，鏡頭可通過人工智能來識別可能違法的司機。因為攝像機是架於高空，所以一般司機很容易誤以為是工程車而降低警覺，而且由於攝像機的高度，在很遠的距離已經可以捕捉司機的一切動作。攝像後會把圖片發送給相關部門進行複查，確認違法者後將對其進行起訴。英國警察已經在Warwickshire、Merseyside、East和West Sussex使用過，很快將會遍佈整個英國。
Emily想藉此提醒大家，任何人在開車時被發現使用手提移動電話都有可能被罰款£200，並在駕照上扣6 分。如果司機在通過考試的頭兩年內被扣取6分，他們將會自動恢復為學徒身份，必須重新參加理論和實踐考試。而任何在車內不繫安全帶的人都將面臨£100罰款的風險，如果是14歲以下則由司機承擔責任。
