首相已正式宣佈，禁止33個高風險國家的旅客入境，只有英國國民/北愛爾蘭國民/擁有英國居留權的人士才可進入英國境。當進入英國後，將被直接送到由政府安排的隔離地點（eg. 酒店）強制隔離10天，並進行冠狀病毒檢測，確保在『陰性』的結果下離開，費用由隔離人士承擔。
首批在『Red List 紅色名單』共33個高風險國家包括：
