Home Office 剛發表文章宣佈，2021年7月1日起英國將會正式推行『Graduate route』，給予機會讓英國畢業大學程度以上的國際學生，留英工作和發展，為英國吸納人才。
英國國際學生必須完成由英國合資格的學院，不論是英格蘭、 蘇格蘭、 威爾斯或北愛爾蘭內所提供的大學以上程度的課程，並且過往記錄符合要求便可申請。 申請後，大學/碩士程度的學生可最多工作2年，博士生則可以工作3年。

誰人有資格申請?
在2021年7月1日或之後，任何持有有效簽證（Tier 4 學生簽證）的英國學位畢業生（即是2021年的畢業生），都可以申請『Graduate route』。申請資格不受學科或國籍的限制。
申請時，需要已獲工作機會嗎？
不需要，你無須獲得任何工作機會來進行申請。
工種上有什麼限制嗎？
工作類型是不受限制，你可以自由選擇任何形式/工時/工種/工資，還可隨意地轉換工作而絕不影響簽證。
『Graduate route』的申請有人數限制嗎？
『Graduate route』簽證沒有限制申請人數。
『Graduate route』簽證過期後會怎樣？
2年簽證過期後，你將要離開英國或申請其他簽證繼續留英，例如：Tier 2 一般工作簽證。申請Tier 2簽證必須獲雇主提供工作機會，並具有相當程度的技術/技能 和薪金，但相信在『Graduate route』的時間對於找工作機會有一定的幫助。
『Graduate route』簽證是無法簽第二次或續期的，所以簽證過期後如沒有獲得Tier 2 一般工作簽證，你將無法繼續留英。
簽證需要重新申請嗎？
需要，請在學生簽證過期前，對『Graduate route』進行申請。
申請『Graduate route』簽證會收費嗎？
需要，你需要支付簽證費用，還有境內NHS醫療費用。
最後，基本上此簽證要求學生必須在英國境內完成課程，才合資格申請。但由於疫情影響，國際學生允許以遙距方式進行課程，因此豁免在2020年秋季開學的學生，只要在2021年6月21日前入境 或 1、2月開學的學生在2021年 9月27日前入境，仍可符合申請資格。
