復活節假期天氣非常和暖，陽光普照，各家各戶都會開始對自家花園進行修葺或者大裝修，而我老公也忍不住要對家裡花園來一下小裝修。
今次的目標是改造花園的這個休憩平台。自2016年搬進來它便已經存在，平時只靠每年加一層保護性的油漆去保養，經過幾年日曬雨淋的日子，已變得非常殘舊。為避免要每年刷油漆（實在太麻煩），今次決定不再用木板，改用composite。
Composite 人造合成板
Composite decking 是人造合成板，在戶外使用不但美觀，而且耐用性高，保持25-30年是沒問題的。不過有優點同時也有缺點，就是價錢貴！價錢問題加上不經常使用，才會推遲至今年實行。

第一步
將舊木板拆除，這也是最難的步驟。他共用了兩日完成，每天四個小時才拆除完成。
第二步
為了省錢，我們決定保留使用原有的木樁。所以需要檢查所有木樁，確定無腐爛。
好不幸運，上一家人沒有好好的把木樁和泥土隔開，導致外圍的大木樁 和 2條支撐木樁的木都要切除更換。感覺有種大盆冷水兜頭淋的感覺，這時候想放棄不做也太遲。更換木樁幾考功夫，因為必須確保安裝時與其他木樁程水平線，這樣decking板才能容易安裝。
首先拆除橫木，功夫不算大，只要有適合工具用小小力就可以拆除。最花功夫是移除地基用作固定木樁的支柱。上一手使用水泥固定，水泥變硬後變得非常重，我老公用了幾條木去槓桿，再用盡他的『飲奶力』，才成功移走。
第三步
量尺寸買材料。因為不太了解 composite decking，加上在網上購買通常圖片上多少會有色差，所以揀選建材公司的時候，並未完全根據價錢而決定，最後揀選了Newcastle有分店 Jewson（記得用Top Cashback，有5%回贈）。Jewson 雖然顏色上選擇較少，但所售賣產品的品質都很穩定（例如B&Q的建才產品瑕疵較多）。而部份細小零件，例如螺絲之類到就近的Wickes或者B&Q購買，甚至到Amazon購買。

零件當中，購買了鐵腳來固定兩條木樁，一來容易替換，二來無須使用水泥。但必須留意泥土本身的鬆軟程度，因為我家花園泥土本身比較結實，所以適合用這種鐵腳來支撐木樁。
第四步
測量和切割板塊。由於這個舊的木樁底層不是等邊的，所以只固定其中三邊，剩下最不顯眼的一邊以方便調整板塊的傾斜度，從而使得中間淺色區域的塊板長度一致。
最後一步
板塊逐一裝上。這個步驟可以說是最有成就感，但切記在所有板塊固定之前要將所有板塊鋪排一次確保數量長度正確。
完成
分享一下完成品，以後不用時不時就要花錢去買油漆了。
